Delivery

Placing an order

  1. When placing an order you will be asked to enter your address and postcode at the checkout. This will then calculate the delivery charge for your order based on postcode distance and order quantity. (If your delivery area is not in our range the order will not be processed).
  2. When we have received your order you will be sent a confirmation email receipt.
  3. We will then process delivery which is usually 3-5 days from time of ordering.

Delivery times

  1. Delivery is only available to Warrington, Liverpool, Manchester and other close surrounding areas as shown on map. Delivery charges are subject to distance and quantity of order. Charges are calculated at the check out.
  2. The estimated time of delivery is 3-5 days subject to stock availabilty.
  3. Our deliveries are made between 8am-5pm weekdays (excluding bank holidays), 8am-12pm saturdays. The exact time of delivery cannot be specified.
  4. If any items on your order are unavailable we will contact you by email or contact number given to arrange a suitable substitute item or arrange refund.
  5. Deliveries are made to the nearest hard standing area at your property (driveway). Due to insurance reasons our drivers are not responsible for any further lifting of the goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is a clear, easily accessible area for us to deliver to.
  6. When placing an order for delivery please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly, (full address and postcode) and a contact phone number is left so we can contact you (daytime) to arrange delivery.

Delivery problems

  1. If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify to you.
  2. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery.
  3. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
    1. you provided the wrong address for delivery
    2. there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
    3. the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
    4. the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
  4. Contact us within 24 hours if there are any shortages or damage to your order, We will then quickly be able to resolve the problem. Any claims for shortage or damage after this time will be void.
  5. Should you wish to return an item from your order, we will be happy to give a refund or exchange the product provided it is in fully resalable order. If the product returned is damaged or not in original condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
